Description
The Confined Space Rescue Operator (CSRO) class introduces confined space personnel to the required knowledge and skills to operate safely and effectively during confined space rescues. This course can equip personnel to be an integral part of a confined space rescue team working under the supervision of Confined Space Rescue Technicians.
This class covers the hazards of confined spaces, gas detection, knowledge of knots, loads and forces, building anchors, using pulley systems, use of tripod, self-climbing and rappelling, lowering and hoisting of rescuer and victim, standard configurations, and stretchers used for confined space.
This confined space rescue class teaches situation analysis and incident management around incidents in confined spaces. This confined space rescue operator class also covers the legislation and guidelines surrounding the area of confined spaces.
